The timing depends on what services you are having.
Generally colour appointments that include a cut and blow-dry are approximately three-four hours.
For a basic service you could be with us for two hours, and for major colour changes (dark-light or colour corrections) we will usually need more time.
In some instances you will be required for a whole day.
We can discuss this in your consultation.
Perfection takes time , and we would never want to rush your service and jeopardize the integrity of your hair.

All day parking is available inside Menai Metro Carpark, also there is limited  street parking in the local surrounding area.

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.
Unfortunately we do not accept payment via American Express or Diners Club Card.

We have an automated text confirmation system.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation text 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, please feel free to contact the salon via phone to confirm.

When you book an appointment with the salon as a new client you will be asked to provide your credit card details for a deposit.
In the event that you are unable to make your booking, we kindly ask that you provide the salon with more than 24 hours notice. If this is provided you will receive a credit on your file which can be used on services or retail at a later date. Please note all deposits/payments are non refundable. Should you fail to contact the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this notice period, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you arrive at your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will simply be deducted from your overall service charge.
If you are running late, please be advised that we may not be able to perform your complete service.
Please appreciate that our salon operates according to strict timing to ensure our scheduled appointments run to time.

We use a combination of Redken products , including Redken Chromatics (Ammonia free) tints , Pureology , Ghd And Seamless1 extensions.

Ph-Bonder is a unique synergistic system that helps protect bonds and reduce breakage during technical services (such as bleach and haircolor).

During the service:

Helps protect bonds during technical services to keep fibers strong from within.

After the service:

Helps restore the hair fiber and smoothes hair’s cuticle for improved strength, shine and softness during/after technical services.

At home:

Helps maintain hair’s natural pH at home. Recommend for use once a week (before shampoo) alongside your Redken haircare regimen.
