Carter Co was born alongside my first son, Carter. It’s a new direction in my life as a mother and for the salon that I have worked at for 14 years & owned for the last 6 years.
My incredible team have helped me build this business and now I feel it’s time to evolve and push into the next level of premium hair salons.

  • I wanted to say a massive thank you to Kacie for doing an amazing job with my highlights and hair cut a couple of weeks ago. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with hairdressers in the past and I’m always reluctant to try somewhere new, but Kacie knew exactly what I wanted and delivered! I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’m not the type of person to go to a hairdresser regularly...My hair was a mess when I walked in, but Kacie sorted it right out, recommended some great products (which I love) and she didn’t judge me at all for being so slack with my hair. I enjoyed the whole experience and can’t wait to go back. The relaxing head massage was particularly amazing! I’ve had lots of compliments about my hair since my appointment and I couldn’t recommend her more. See you again at Christmas!!

  • I was lucky enough to have Ash as my hairdresser on Saturday. I have been wanting to go lighter properly for a while now and everywhere I have been has not done a good job. I finally have my hair back in a good condition since it got over processed early last year. I cant express how grateful I am to finally have someone make a conscious effort to make sure I know exactly what she is doing to my hair etc. Even when i was at the sink with another hair dresser she came over and told her exactly how to handle my hair. Amazing.

  • I don't usually do this kind of thing but I feel this time I need to express how amazing my experience was last week. I had a holiday booked for this week, was leaving last Friday so obviously I had my appointment Thursday afternoon. I had an intense week at work leading up to the holiday and of course as I am about to leave work for my appointment, I had a crisis with a client. I rang the salon to advise them that I would not be able to make the appointment. The girls reassured me it would be fine if I arrived to the appointment 45 mins late, they would still get my hair done. Ash was phenomenal and was able to get my hair done in time, but had advised me she was willing to stay back if needed. I have been going to this salon for over 4 years, and whilst everytime I have a fabulous experience, I felt this time that the girls went above and beyond to make sure I had my hair done for my holiday.
